U.S. Scale Masters TP3 Testing

None of the guys that qualified at my contest in JUNE to go to the Scale masters Championships  has received anything saying

Are we the only ones who have heard nothing

We have to make travel arrangements hotel etc  we are about out of time...

Are we trying to keep the entries low by not telling the guys who qualified anything
I have written to the leader about two weeks ago still nothing--- this is August 27 2010

Who is in charge
is anyone in charge

Its pretty hard to sell Scale Masters to other guys when we dont even follow up on our OWN Championships

Lawrence,

Mailing should have gone out this week from Carolyn.  The qualified list is on the site and all the paperwork is there as well.  I am trying to get permission to send e-mails to all those I have e-mail addresses for with a copy of the pilot pack and reg form...  Carolyn is now working so things are a little behind with her as well.  My work load over the summer jumped up a bit so I got slowed down as well.. But things are posted, and all the info is available on the site. As I said, the personnel invites should be in the mail as well.  I really would like to get more of this automated if we could just get some things standardized and people would give e-mail address with the contact info.

There is NO problem with your part--seem like your the only person in SM doing anything
I dont know what the board is going to talk about but the lack of follow through by EVERYBODY except you should be topic 1-99 then adjourn

Forget rule changes and tweks
FIX THE CHAMPIONSHIPS

How does anyone think you can build or grow an orgizaniation with this kind of attention to the CENTERPIECE (THE CHAMPIONSHIPS)  of the SM

It really is unacceptable that maybe next week the notices will go out
Not sure at this late date it will accomplish anything

I think we need new leadership if this the dedication level that is evident now is going to continue

I am getting email and phone calls from all over about when are we going to know something
Mitch you have the information on this site
BUT no one told the qualified pilots to come to the site and look
Why do we send in the information about who qualified if headquarters is going to do NOTHING with it

We CD's could have saved a lot of energy by not sending in anything and nothing would be any different

Part of this is my fault... I didn't get the new submitting form up online as I should have..  I should have forwarded the addresses on to Carolyn faster.. .but with the new submitting in place, they will go to both of us at the same time...

I really want to get away from doing any of that via e-mail and have everything just posted in the forums...
