U.S. Scale Masters TP3 Testing

The 2018 guide has been posted - there were no major updates.
The front cover has always had the year on it, and after the ToC page the footer shows the date of publication.

Greetings All,
I have brought this situation up before and I think it REALLY needs to be addressed. When modelers, pilots, judges etc. need to get a hold of the LATEST UPDATED  "U.S. SCALE MASTERS COMPETITION GUIDE" to compete or do there job, they need to know just by looking at it that it's the latest updated version to date. I have proposed that the YEAR on the front cover (at minimum) be updated EACH YEAR or for the years that it's good for. Also maybe a revised/updated DATE put somewhere on the front cover towards the bottom when changes have been implemented.
Your thoughts please..............

  Hope to see many members at the 2018 AMA EXPO when you stop by the USSMA you can renew your membership and we will have shirts/hats/pins for sell. Your membership dues are what keeps us afloat from year to year, so if possible renew your membership as soon as possible.

  Hope all had a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS with fun ringing in the NEW YEAR
Its now time to start putting the 2018 Championship info out there, the location will be in Baton Rouge La. the date is September 13th - 16th with early signup September 12th. The club web site is having some trouble at this time, I am waiting for them to get it back on line, when this happens we will pass that info on too you. From what I understand the main host hotel and banquet locations will be very close to the club. There will be dry camping at the club for RV's with the club doing the lunch each day. I am looking for a good turn out from the Central and East coast competitrors so the West coast will need to step up with a good showing. The 2017 Championship site was one of the best location you could ask for, on a full size airport with a grass runway and newly paved runway with a light wind down the runway low temp for the event. The 2018 host site is equal to the 2017 site, for us in the West we do not have the FANTASTIC flying sites that the USSMA has been so lucky to have been giving use of last year and this year. For us the Davis Ca. Championship has been one of the best location on the West coast, with very good participation and we are looking forward to the 2019 USSMA Championship Hosting at Davis Ca. I am confident the West coast has grown in the last two years with many that missed the 2017 Champs, we have a chance of a good turnout for the 2018 Champs.        
Looking forward too seeing as many contestants as possible at the 2018 Champs from across the country.

Ok, thanks, Mitch. Maybe there are first timers out there who don't know what the schedule has been in the past. Then there are those old guys like me who forget from 2 years ago.
