May need to fill my plane's wings with Helium for extra lift
Forecasting high 90s for next weekend. Field elevation nearly 3,500ft and possibly 100 degrees = high-density altitude flying....oh boy!

Anyone else going?
We had only 6 show up to the Fresno qualifier
...maybe we'll top that

ps, does anyone know what the prevailing pattern is? I need to practice my 'whifferdills' & I'm better at lefthand pattern.

Weather forecast update: Tuesday

Sat: 93 and few clouds, winds: 7mph SSW
Sun: 88 and mostly cloudy, winds: 6mph SSE ....the trend is showing cooler temps.
I'm looking foreward to flying in the high desert. If the weather stays decent, it should be a fun contest. So lets see a strong turnout ....maybe 30 - 35 would be nice
