Lawrence Harville submitted the attached report for his Area Director column in the USSMA Newsletter.  Unfortunately the report was too large to accommodate in the newsletter so we are posting it here and linking to it from the newsletter.  A really big THANK YOU to Lawrence - he always submits great reports and it is really hard to pare them down to fit in the newsletter (it really is a case of all the news that fits!)
