All known (meaning the CD submitted the info) qualified pilots should have had an invite sent out.  If you have not gotten yours, please let me know at dirofadmin@scalemasters.org
Couple other items.  
Of there is a contest you qualify at between now and the Championships and you have not already qualified for that class in a previous qualifier since the 2015 Championships (including competing at the 2015 Championships) you have a choice to compete in the 2016 or the 2017 Championships.  Again, this option is only available if you have not already qualified for the 2016 Championships.
If you are planning on attending the 2016 Championships be sure to read the attachments to the invitation. Expert/Team/Advanced make sure you check the Static Schedule and send in your requested time. Plane pic's for the program have to be to me NLT Sept 16th.  

How late can I register to fly in an additional class, in particular pro-am pro?

    By now many of the 2016 Championship invitations have gone out in email form or US postage. If you have not received yours
 it could be one of a few reasons. The event CD did not give us any information, information was incorrect, information is unreadable
 or the qualifier has not happened at this time. If you fall into any one of the possible reasons that you have not received an invite PLEASE contact me so we can correct it and get you to the 2016 Champs. Each year there are contestants that fall thought the cracks and do not receive an invite, this is not right and we what to make sure as few as possible are not over looked. I understand some that do not receive an invite were not going to the champs anyway, there are contestants that want to go that do not receive an invitation those are the ones I'm trying to touch base with at this time. So again if you have attended a qualifier for the 2016 Champs
and have not received an invitation PLEASE contact me.
    We are working on the shirts/hats at this time we have a new vendor for these items so we have a little ground work ahead. The trophies are done and I will be driving over to Blythe Ca. about 4-5 hours travel depending on traffic to meet Mike Peck driving out from Phoenix with the trophies about 3 hours travel. Best of's Awards are ordered. One of the major things we have done is move the trophies,shirts/hats and the Best of's Awards to the same vendors each year. This makes for a fast across the board ordering, we can all so go back and get more if needed with out trouble. This was not the case one year when we fell short on shirts and that vendor refused to answer are calls, they were local to the host club that year. So now we have chosen vendors that will work with us each year and are setup to handle are needs.
    So in closing I do hope as many of you as possible are getting ready to come to the 2016 Championship at the Woodland  Davis Aeromodelers  Sept - 29 - Oct - 2 - 2016
