Can some one either give me a link or or directions so I can get pre regestered for the event this weekend?
Also I thought there was some place were I can do a score sheet so the judges don't have to read my hand squiggles

Hello Tim,
Welcome!
Try this link:http://ussmachampionships.com/
It's a special website that was set up just for those interested in all things related to this year's Championships.
There are several links all related including one for "pilot registration form".
If we were using a service like r/c flight deck, then registering would be a "do-it-yourself" process.
Regarding you providing the flight judges a pre-filled in judges form: it's a good idea, however, unfortunately there is no guarentee that
the CD for the Championships will be using the exact version of the forms that are included in the latest version of our Competition guide
which was just updated on 31 July 2014. I have seen several versions of the published forms used over the years.
Good luck in Rosewood!
Ken.

Tim,
I just resent your Invite e-mail with all the forms attached.  The score sheets, call sheets and such are included in your pilot pack with you check in.

Ken,
The problem I have with RC Flight Deck is forcing users to maintain another username/password.  I tried to get the owner to setup an API so users here would just be able to hit a link and they would be logged into flight deck.  Also, the way our setup is, I would still have to enter in all the pilot info into our scoring DB.  So I would have to maintain two areas, the event setup on RC Flight Deck and the USSMA stuff.  We have enough problems just trying to get people to sign up here, much less tell them "The only way to register for the event is through RC Flight Deck"...  I think there would be a few issues.  I might try it for next year, just to see the response.  --Mitch

Why do you keep breaking the site?  Ha-ha!  Did you get any errors?  Something worked since you were able to leave these two message.  Any message about a timeout? Looks like the quote part worked.  --Mitch
