I recommend you create the following... "only".

A file folder for the five view line drawing you showed me. Except as a construction guide during building discard the outline drawing as it has no place in documentation. You can cut and paste up a page for each perspective of the multiple view drawings. These are best in a clear page protector permitting a full 8.5"x11" page to easily slide in and out of the protector with the three holes for a 3 ring binder out side the perimeter of the paper.

All pages in your documentation binder are within clear plastic page protectors:
 
Documentation must have a cover page...the example you were provided is a perfect straight forward who, what, etc. This is the first page in the binder...facing up on right hand side of opened binder. Turning cover page over will present the first line art perspective to be viewed on left hand side of open binder.

On a plain white page you either place original photos or printed photos supporting what is seen on the page seen to the left. With a paper punch, punch a white adhesive label, leaving the rear release sheet on rear of round punched circle. Adhesive backed white circles will be placed beside of photo documentation supporting your model, keyed to the line art drawing on the opposite side of binder.

For example, if you detailed the elevator booster tab on your model, placing a consecutively numbered adhesive dot beside the tabs shown on both the top down perspective and rear perspective (do not place on drawing detail) will document your proper replication of the tab.

If you took the time to attach one end of control rod to the horizonal stab trailing edge and its opposite end attached to elevator mounted booster tab...when elevator moves up and down booster tab moves in "opposite" direction, offsetting back pressure of elevator.

As a judge reviews your model comparing its features to your documentation this will permit judge to do this more rapidly and accurately in "your" control, at your pace instead of wandering across the airframe looking for something to downgrade.

This is simple to compose at minimum expense.

Content should be kept simple, straight forward with minimum of contradiction between photos and your line drawings. Be prepared to answer for any difference between the two.

Answering your inquiry question is simple. Why do this unless you expect to win with documentation matching your model. Its easy to do with the documentation you have.

There is absolutely nothing forbidden about this line art being copied, sans the excessive text and rearranged per above.

I tried to post the binder images within this text and the software does not permit it to be done.
